Proactive Medicine for a Longer, Healthier Life
Physician-led longevity care focused on prevention, early detection, and personalized health optimization.
A Better Way to Build Health
Healthcare has traditionally focused on treating disease after it appears. At LiveWell Longevity, we believe the future of medicine lies in prevention, early detection, and proactive health optimization.
Our physician-led, membership-based practice is designed to help you understand your health more deeply, identify risks early, and build a personalized strategy for long-term vitality. By combining principles of functional medicine with evidence-based research, we take a comprehensive view of health—examining how lifestyle, metabolism, environment, and genetics interact over time.
Through thoughtful assessment, ongoing guidance, and strategic monitoring, we help patients move beyond reactive care and toward a longer, healthier, and more vibrant life.
Our Philosophy
We believe that health is not simply the absence of disease, but the result of intentional, informed choices made consistently over time.
Our approach centers on identifying risks early, understanding the underlying drivers of health, and creating personalized strategies that support long-term vitality. We aim to move beyond symptom management and focus on optimizing the systems that sustain health.
Through thoughtful evaluation, education, and ongoing partnership, we empower patients to take an active role in their health and build habits that support a longer, healthier life.
Physician-Led Preventive Care
Our care model is built around proactive prevention and early detection, guided by physician oversight and individualized strategy.
Personalized Health Strategy
We recognize that health is deeply personal. Each patient receives a tailored plan designed around their unique biology, lifestyle, and goals.
Comprehensive Insight
Through advanced testing, metabolic evaluation, and biomarker analysis, we gain a deeper understanding of your health and potential risks.
Long-Term Partnership
Longevity is not achieved through one-time interventions. Our membership model allows for continuous guidance, monitoring, and strategic adjustments over time.

Meet the Founder
Beth Renwick, MD
Dr. Beth is a board-certified emergency physician with more than 18 years of experience in emergency and urgent care medicine. Over the course of her career, she has cared for more than 84,000 patients — most often at moments of urgency, vulnerability, and consequence.
For nearly two decades, she treated advanced chronic illness — conditions that had often been developing silently for years before becoming critical.
Over time, her focus shifted from crisis intervention to prevention.
After her own diagnosis of multiple sclerosis in 2010, she deepened her commitment to building health deliberately and sustainably — integrating functional medicine principles with evidence-based practice to support long-term resilience.
LiveWell Longevity reflects that evolution: thoughtful, proactive medical care designed to strengthen health before disease takes hold.
Outside of medicine, she values time with her husband and daughter, long stretches of sunshine, meaningful travel, gathering around nourishing meals with close friends, and anything that keeps her moving.
